Hong Kong: Hong Kong stocks rallied almost one percent in the morning session Tuesday, building on the previous day’s gains as energy firms tracked a pick-up in oil prices.
The Hang Seng Index rose 0.96 percent, or 267.46 points, to 28,087.02.
