DUBLIN, Ireland—China’s synthetic rubber capacity reached 3.9 million metric tons in 2012, and production hit the 3.85 million market, according to a new study by Research and Markets Ltd.
The market research firm said 23 companies product SR in China, with Sinopec and China National Petroleum Corp. the leaders. Together those companies account for 59.5 percent of the nation’s SR capacity, the report said.
