ROTTERDAM: Soymeal on the European meals and feeds market eased on Wednesday following a dip in CBOT soymeal futures at the close the day before on the back of expectations for a bumper US soybean harvest this year.
South American soymeal was mostly offered between $1 and $9 a tonne down from Tuesday, with prices mostly fixed on Tuesday’s lower Chicago soymeal futures close.
EU rapemeal was offered between $1 and $4 a tonne higher on the back of technical strength in rapeseed futures and because of concerns over tight supplies.
