India: Spot rubber remains weak

Spot rubber continued to remain weak on Wednesday. RSS 4 slid to 131 (131.50) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The volumes were dull. RSS 4 declined at its September futures to 131.25 (131.56) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) improved to 104.11 (103.82) at Bangkok. Its September futures weakened to 96.77 (97.79) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (/kg): RSS-4: 131 (131.50); RSS-5: 127.50 (128); ISNR 20: 128 (128.50) and Latex (60% drc): 101.50 (102.50).
