Spot rubber was in a mixed mood on Wednesday. RSS 4 improved to ₹129 (128.50) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The overall volumes were extremely low as RSS 5 and ISNR 20 finished unchanged in an almost inactive trading session. RSS 3 (spot) firmed up to ₹105.59 (105.30) at Bangkok. Its October futures slid to ₹102 (102.26) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 129 (128.50); RSS-5: 124.50 (124.50); ISNR 20: 116 (116) and Latex (60% drc): 102 (101.50).
