The International Trade Commissions (ITC) has cancelled a review of the antidumping duties placed on certain off-the-road tire imports from China between September 1, 2011, through August 31, 2012.
The ITC initiated the review of the antidumping duty order in response to a request from Shandong Ling Long Tyre Co., Ltd. (“Linglong”) and Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. (“Zhongce”), with regard to their exports to the United States. The ITC initiated the review on On October 31, 2012.
However, on December 10, 2012, Zhongce withdrew its request for a review and, on January 29, 2013, Linglong withdrew its request. No other party has requested a review, according to the ITC.
The ITC will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries.
