Nov. 12 (Bloomberg) –Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia began reducing exports of natural rubber on Oct. 1, and plan to cut overseas sales by 180,000 tons this qtr, says Yium Tavarolit, chief secretary of the International Rubber Consortium.
* Country reps reported progress of the program today, without giving figures on exports
* Data on export cut will be completed by end-Nov., Yium says * NOTE: The countries agreed to reduce shipments by 300,000 tons starting Oct. 1, with 180,000 tons to be cut this qtr
