KARACHI: Gold prices on Monday saw a big increase on the local market, traders said.
It was selling for Rs 119,700 per tola on the week opening after a straight rise of Rs 1700.
Gold prices per 10 grams also increased Rs 1,457 to reach Rs 102,623.
On the World market, it was quoted for $1763 per ounce.
Silver stood firm for Rs 1,430 per tola, Rs 1,226 per 10 grams and $23.26 per ounce, traders said.
