Giti Tire has secured its first ever all-season tyre OE fitment on the new look 2024 VW Crafter.
The multi-award winning light commercial vehicle is now available with the GitiVanAllSeasonLA1 in 205/70R17C 115/113R on the front axle and the super single 285/55R16C 126N on the rear axle.
The tyre, which was developed through the manufacturer’s globally-integrated company-wide R&D system, AdvanZtech prioritises precise control, a quiet and comfortable ride, robustness, outstanding mileage and low fuel consumption.
The GitiVanAllSeasonLA1 is manufactured using an all-season compound which delivers high traction through all temperatures, with both sizes achieving an A in wet grip on the EU tyre label while carrying the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) symbol.
The latest OE fitment marks the next stage in a good relationship between Giti Tire and VW Commercial Vehicles following a number of OE fitments since 2020 with the GitiVanHD1.
All tyres are designed and engineered at Giti Tire’s European Research & Development Centre in Hannover, Germany with testing at the company’s MIRA facility in the UK as well as key locations in Germany, Spain and Finland.
