Dec 16 (Reuters) – German speciality chemicals company Lanxess said it will increase prices worldwide for rubber chemicals from next year to offset raw material cost increases in the first quarter.
The price increases will impact all product lines, the company said in a statement on Monday.
Lanxess’s rubber chemicals are primarily used in the manufacture of rubber products such as tyres, hoses and profiles and in the production of drive elements. (Reporting by Victoria Bryan)
