Rubber prices ended mixed today on the lack of follow-through buying support, said dealers.
They said trading was quiet as buyers were mostly on the sidelines ahead of the weekend.
At noon, the Malaysian Rubber Board’s official physical price for tyre-grade SMR20 fell 14 sen to 622 sen a kg, while latex-in-bulk edged up 1.5 sen to 480.5 sen per kg.
The unofficial closing price for tyre-grade SMR20 was two sen lower at 624 sen a kg, while latex-in-bulk increased 2.5 sen to 481.5 sen a kg.– Bernama
