KOTTAYAM, MARCH 8:
Physical rubber prices finished unchanged on Saturday. The weekend session was comparatively inactive following an almost similar closing in domestic futures on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. Transactions were in an extremely low key.
Sheet rubber was quoted steady at ₹146 a kg by traders. The grade closed flat at ₹146.50 and ₹143.50 respectively, according to the Rubber Board and dealers. March futures closed at ₹144.98 (₹144.84), April at ₹148.70 (₹148.61), May at ₹152.70 (₹152.67) and June at ₹154.40 (₹154.41), while the July futures remained totally inactive on the NMCE.
Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 146 (146); RSS-5: 144 (144); Ungraded: 142 (142); ISNR 20: 143 (143) and Latex 60%: 116 (116).
