SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Dec. 6, 2012) — Discount Tire/America’s Tire opened three stores in three states — including its first in the Tulsa, Okla., area — in recent weeks, pushing the dealership past the 845 mark in stores nationwide.
Discount Tire’s newest store is in the Marble Falls, Texas. The store, the company’s 221st in Texas, opened Nov. 30 with 18 employees. It is managed by Brenton Kaminski, a 10-year company veteran.
The store in Broken Arrow, Okla. — a Tulsa suburb — is Discount Tire’s 12th in the Sooner State. Twelve-year company veteran Al Cavan manages the store and its 15 employees.
The third store opened recently was in Laveen, Ariz., a suburb of Phoenix. Tom Stanage, a 20-year Discount Tire veteran, manages the store and its 10 employees. It’s the company’s 70th store in Arizona.
