NAIROBI: Kenya’s central bank said on Thursday it would sell a five-year fixed coupon Treasury bond worth a total 20 billion shillings ($ 195.7 million) this month.
The bank said in a statement it would receive bids until Nov. 24, and auction it a day later.
At the last sale of a five-year bond in July, the weighted average yield rose to 14.273 percent from 13.193 percent in June.
