(Reuters) – Canada might be better off not signing up to an updated version of NAFTA rather than accepting a bad deal, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Wednesday.
Trudeau, speaking in a televised address at the University of Chicago, said he expected a good and fair deal from negotiations to modernize the North American Free Trade Agreement.
