Vaculug have announced the appointment of three new roles within their senior management team. Over the last few months, Vaculug embarked on a strategic project to enhance their management structure, aiming to drive sustainable growth while prioritising employee development. As part of this effort, they focused on refining their organisational structure and succession planning, leading to the following appointments:
Phil West, Vaculug’s Commercial Director, will now expand his responsibilities to oversee all Sales and RTM activity, as well as Operations, Marketing and Customer Service. With over 42 years of industry experience, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership that make him exceptionally suited to take on this role.
Craig Rudkin has been appointed as Sales Director, where he will lead the Sales and National accounts team. Craig’s journey with Vaculug spans over 33 years, having originally started out in our factory. His extensive experience within the company and dedication to its success have prepared him to excel in this new role.
Jason Humphries has been promoted to IT and Logistics Director. With more than 20 years of expertise across logistics, operations and IT, Jason has been instrumental in implementing strategic initiatives since joining Vaculug in 2001. His leadership will play a critical role in strengthening their IT infrastructure and logistical capabilities as we continue to evolve.
These appointments mark an exciting new chapter for Vaculug, as they build on the strengths of their team to ensure a bright future for the company.
