The off-road tyre brand announced their initial sponsorship of Clay Pigeon Shooter Kallum, an up-and-coming talent in the shooting world, back in 2021. The last 12 months has seen Kallum go from strength to strength, qualifying for England Juniors twice taking him to both Texas and Jersey. As well as this he has gained multiple junior county titles, represented the Lincolnshire Clay Shooting team at both the East Midlands and National championships as well as winning the Young Farmers National high gun award.
With the next year due to take Kallum even further in his shooting career, the UK branch of the tyre brand felt it only right to continue the sponsorship.
“Over the next 12 months I’m looking to step up my competing on the international stage and make a push for the GB team. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve this year!” Kallum Burrell
2023 will see Kallum attend the English Championships in May, the World Championships in July and the British Championships in September. He will also be attending qualifiers for both the England and GB teams, the dates of which are yet to be released.
“Congratulations to Kallum on all his successes over the last year. It has been a pleasure collaborating and we are really excited to continue working together and look forward to seeing what Kallum achieves in the new year as we continue our partnership.” Tom Bush – Ascenso Tyres UK / BA Bush & Son
